Addy Adebayo

Specializes in Therapy for couples, individuals, children, adolescents and families 

Adeola holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kairos University and is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the Christian Association for Psychological Studies (CAPS). She also holds degrees in Food Science, Nursing, and Family and Consumer Sciences, bringing a unique perspective and a Kingdom approach to her clinical work.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Adeola is passionate about helping individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, hope, and practical support. Her approach is Christ-centered, collaborative, and integrative—drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based interventions, and evidence-based practices to foster emotional safety, stability, and security. She works with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship conflict, with a special passion for supporting parents in strengthening family bonds.

As a Black therapist, Adeola brings cultural awareness and lived understanding to her work, offering culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique story, identity, and life experiences.

Adeola’s goal is to walk alongside clients as they restore hope, build resilience, and develop healthier relationships. She truly believes healing is possible and is honored to support each person on their journey toward greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being. Adeola is also the author of Resilient and Intentional Parenting with Grace.
