Hi, I’m Gary Schmitz, and I’m here to help you feel better in your body and more at peace in your day-to-day life. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Sanctuary Christian Counseling, I love working
with clients to help them reach their goals, whether that’s easing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, improving mobility, or simply finding a quiet space to unwind and recharge.


I completed my massage therapy training through Commonwealth University of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, and I also have a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant. That extra knowledge of how the body works helps me tailor each session to exactly what you need.


I’m trained in several types of massage — including Swedish, hot stone, and prenatal massage,but my favorite to offer is deep tissue massage. It’s a great way to release tension, work through sore
muscles, and support lasting healing.


For me, massage is more than just a job. It’s a calling.

 

I’m an active member of my church, and I truly enjoy being “God’s hands” to bring comfort and care to the people I work with. My goal is always the same: to meet you where you are and help you feel your best, inside and out.
