Patti Owens is the Virtual Practice Manager at Sanctuary Christian Counseling and likely the first voice you will hear when you contact us. She enjoys helping people connect to a therapist who can help with their healing journey, and she is amazing at it. 

 

     Patti’s background is administrative and secretarial along with nutrition coaching. She has served in a variety of areas such as university, church and business settings and is currently helping elderly friends with administrative needs. She has also been a caregiver, a patient advocate, 4-H Leader and homeschool mom.

 

     She encourages everyone to use nutrition as a foundation to their wellness journey which can improve both mental and physical health by using the wisdom of our ancestors regarding how to choose properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole foods.
