Rebecca’s approach to therapy is client-centered, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and collaboration. She believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges.

 

Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She holds certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, working with juveniles who experience problem sexual behaviors, and she also provides supervision for those seeking an LPC designation.

 

 With specific training in trauma, compassion fatigue, grief, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy, Rebecca has over 16 years of experience providing compassionate and effective mental health support to individuals and families across diverse backgrounds.
