Nicole earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and is in the process of working towards licensure. She completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Rutgers University.

She has in excess of 5 years of experience working both in Christian and secular settings with couples and other members of the family system to assist them with resolving their intra-personal conflicts.

 

Nicole is eclectic in her counseling approaches and often draws techniques from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Systemic therapies and the postmodern approaches such as the Solution-Focused approach. Nicole believes in finding the strengths that individuals possess and assisting them with transferring the application of those strengths to areas of their lives where they have not been as successful.

Nicole is especially passionate about assisting couples with traversing through the inevitable difficulties that marriages often face. She also favors the Gottman Approach when working with couples.

Nicole is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family therapy and is available for telehealth sessions only.
